GROUP YOGA CLASSES

We organize Group yoga classes on a daily basis at our Ashram and teach students on a regular basis. Our classes include theory as well as practical aspects of yoga. We also teach students Shatkarma for detoxification of body. Our classes are suitable for all age groups.

INDIVIdUAL YOGA CLASSES

If someone is interested in private yoga session, we also arrange the same on advance information. It is suitable for advance learners and those who want to learn specific Assanas and therapies.

CORPORATe YOGA sessions

We also design special yoga sessions for corporate houses. These sessions are helpful in stress management and increasing the productivity of people working at different levels. Our corporate sessions are normally arranged in-house for a group of executives working in any organization during working days or at a special venue on weekends.
