It will also highlight Samkhya system – the base of yoga practices. Yoga embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature. PYNCC aims to unite people in changing their lifestyle and raise consciousness so that they deal can with climate change and ecological issues. Social Impact The impact of yoga on a global level is far-fetched– encouraging growth of a sustainable pattern of consumption leading to a balance between man and nature.
